Refund policy

If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory. If you choose this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal (e.g., via email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we explicitly agree otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
